How much does he know about fish? You could say they all died or something.
I'd rehome the parrots, but only because I really don't like them! Personal taste etc. I'd keep the oscar and the EBJD

You have some tough decisions to make.
I suspect you are like most here and get attached to your fish. I'm cutting down too as my fish are growing. Shipping my big green sev to a friend today, in fact, and feeling very dismayed about it but it must be done.
