Have had something like that happen to me more than once actually. Just keep checking each day for an update. I actually had some live fish I ordered that 'disappeared' from their system, well the package was still being tracked, but they had no idea where it was. I let the seller know and they sent me another box of fish. The replacement box showed up 3 days later. Now the weird thing, the original box showed up the same day, it was in the mail system for almost 12 days. Somehow all the fish survived.
Just had a thought, ask the seller if they sent you the right tracking info? Maybe they sent you the wrong one.

So long as the box stays in the normal temperature range the fish can live for as long as 60 days in a bag of oxygen. I have done tests.

They die from starvation before they die from lack of oxygen. In the dark they slow way down metabolism wise. I would have bet money on them only going a week or so but I have gone to 60 and stopped the tests after the 60 at least 20 times on all sorts of species. They come back fine too, can breed within a week or so. They do best at around 72F and in the dark.

Heat packs only go 72 hours max. Hopefully they show up soon.

Never had that happen, since I really don't order enough, but I used to be in the habit of writing part of my mailing address as "Sydney, NS". I started writing it as "Sydney, Nova Scotia" after a package containing a stained glass window ornament ended up missent to Australia. I still have the shipping label... Someone wrote "CANADA" in big letters on it, circled and covered with yellow highlighter
