Live plant egg ID

I bought some live plants from my LFS yesterday and, to my surprise, a little batch of eggs were hanging onto one of the branches. The tank mates with these plants were Discus however the eggs on the plant do not look like what I've seen of Discus eggs. This may be difficult but if anyone can ID these eggs that would be awesome and you would get bonus points forever from me!

Those look like snail eggs to me

+1 to that.

fish eggs wouldnt normally carry over, but it is extremely common for snail eggs to attach themselves to a plant.

thats why we rinse/wash them prior to putting them in to make sure they are clear of snail eggs.

but if you are wanting snails, you're in luck, you have them for free now.lol

The cluster is snail eggs 99% sure. There seems to be a possible single egg there. If so that would be impossible to ID. I could say it is not a rainbow, danion, pleco, egg though.

I posted on Reddit /r/aquarium as well and was informed it was most likely a Trumpet snail or some other mass reproducing species. I detached the eggs and gave them to my neighbor with fair warning. Hopefully it does turn into something cool though!
