help with fish speciation
Hi all, I recently started a 20Gal high tank freshwater. when I was at the petstore recently, I picked up a fish but I do not know what kind it is. Can anyone help me so that I can include it in my freshwater aquarium stocking calculator? photo.JPGphoto%u0025282%29.JPGphoto%u0025281%29.JPG

Not sure but the body shape suggests a kind of Killifish.
Remember that calculator is only a guide line. Not the be all.Warning; Bulldog Pleco guarding my Sons tank now..
Please remember; every keystroke has a consequence.

Looks like a young golden wonder killifish to me. Up to 4 inches long, large mouth and potentially predatory with small fish like neon tetras and guppies

ok great. thanks so much for your help i think it is a golden wonder killifish after I looked a little more at some pictures.
I have a great filter on this tank and I'd like to put a few more fish in. Do you think thats a terrible idea?
Equipments:
Tank (LxDxH): 24 x 12 x 16 inch (19.9gUS)
Filters: Marineland Emperor 400
I have 2 glofish tetras (my least favorite cause they look fake)
6 platys (2 high fin, 4 regular/mickey mouse) 4 F/2M
2 dwarf gouramis (one blue/one red)
1 golden wonder killiefish (still very small)
i really think i dropped the ball by not getting any schooling fish (and the glofish tetras really should not be just 2). Ive had it up and going for about a month now with no major issues.
any thoughts? I could maybe take a few back to the pet store if I want to rearrange a little bit. I really want the perfect group.
