Depends if the two different types of colors belong to the same species or not. You cannot breed different species of gourami, however, within certain species there are several color morphs, and those should be able to breed with each other. For instance, opaline gouramis and gold gouramis are color variants of the three spot gourami, while powder blue, red flame or sunset gouramis are color variants of the dwarf gourami.
