Would appreciate any/alladvice regarding my Resun CL - 85 chiller/heater combo. The user's manual, which is largely useless, indicates that the unit settings can be switched between Celsius and Farenheit. Unfortunately, it fails to explain how you actually do that.

The unit has a power switch; a set button for activating the temperature setting, and up/down buttons for setting the temperature. I've tried pushing the buttons for different time periods and in various sequences, but all I'm seeing are Celsius readings.

I've Googled the heck out of this topic, but cannot find any related info. (The gawd-awful user's manual can be seen here: http://www.pacificcoastimports.com/d...l_85___150.pdf)

    Anyone have an idea? Thanks!

That pdf link you posted. There is a phone number for service under warranty mentioned on the last page, might be worth a shot calling to see they have a solution.

Embrace the metric system and use celsius. Only 3 countries in the world don't use the metric system, liberia, myanmar and the u.s, the rest have all moved on:p

Thanks for the follow-up, Korith. I'll try the number and see what happens. As for learning metric, I'm afraid that ship sailed a long time ago :c) Thanks again.
