Enough light for cabomba?
So I currently have a single t5 bulb above my tank, however I have a Kessil a150 Amazon Sun on the way. The cabomba I currently have in my tank are very sad. They developed roots and rooted in the substrate, but they don't really grow. Will the Kessil light be enough to rectify this so that they begin to grow? I have a 36 gal bow front show tank so it's about 21' tall and I'm wondering where I should put the light for best lighting and growth. I'm keeping the t5 bulb because I know one kessil won't light my whole tank, but will it look weird if one half of my tank has shimmers from the kessil led and the other doesn't?

The cabomba is the sad bunch of plants in the back corner :(Generalized Amazon Biotope 36 gal with:
2 Whip Tail Plecos
11 Cardinal Tetras
12 Golden Pencil Fish
3 Bronze Corys
2 Wild Type Angelfish
Current Plants:
Cabomba, Giant Amazon Sword, Narrow Leaf Java, Dwarf Hair Grass, Jungle Val, moss on driftwood
