Discus are laying eggs again!
My checkerboard pigeon is laying eggs again. The mix is bad, so I'm not going to try and raise them. Enjoy!

Happy that you are getting pairing; sorry to hear that the mix is wrong. From the image does not appear that their were many eggs, though.
Are you going to seperate them so others might bond with these breeders?Knowledge is fun(damental)
A 75 gal with eight Discus, fake plants, and a lot of wood also with sand substrate. Clean up crew is fifteen Sterba's Corys. Filters: canister w/UV, in-tank algae scrubber that removes phosphates and nitrates! Also, a highly dangerous commercial nitrate removal unit from hell

Nice video, thanks for sharing. No wonder they are refered to as the "king of freshwater fish".

My guess is the other fish is a male as well, so no, there is future in this pairing. I'm ok with that. I've read about how incredible difficult it can be to raise these little guys. It's just fun to watch them.

thanks, Steeler1. These are my last surviving 3. It's been a very steep learning curve these past two years. I'm never complacent about these fish - always on the lookout illness.

Why is the pair a bad pairing in your eyes...
FW: 1 45gal, 1 40gal, 3 10gal, 3 30gal all community tanks of different species
Sw: 1 55gal, 1 30gal show, 1 29gal show, 1 20gal and 2 10's

I'm no discus expert, but from what I've read, albinos need to breed with albinos. If you mix with the darker breeds, you get massive peppering and "ugly" children.
