Does Such a Device Exist? Something to isolate food.

What i do is hang a piece of raw zucchini on the glass using an all plastic suction cup. Usually the zucchini is sticking out like 1/4" so otos are on it between the zucchini and the glass (tigers wouldn't be able to get in there)

Plus being raw it could last 2-3 days before it falls off into tank and needs taken out.

Ah, so you're saying you leave the skin side facing into the tank and the flesh side towards the glass?

Well depending on the cut, i have flesh side facing glass, and tank. With the skin being parallel to the glass

I have this same problem trying to feed my Panda cories their Algae wafers. All the fish in the tank also like them, and have figured out if they follow the cories (after they are done eating their own food) they will find more food on the bottom. It is crazy busy at the bottom of the tank now any time I try to give the cories their wafers. The other fish follow the cories like a freight train and then just push them away any time they find a wafer. The German Blue Rams and the little Angle fish are the worst, but even the 2 guppies and the Neon Tetras have figured this out! I will have to try to get a few pictures of the madness my poor cories go through trying to get some of their own food! I had actually started wondering the same thing you were, if there was some way to "hide" their wafers where only they could get it. Good thing the Cories also eat some flake food. I ended up buying some veggie flakes for them which they do eat, and most of the other fish do not like them
