I had a aqueo filter that leaked from a molded plastic seam. I set it up and when I turned the lights on next morning it had leaked almost two gallons onto the floor. Their customer service was really good, I just had to email pictures of the leak and the date codes from the filter. They sent a new one next day and I got it the day after it was shipped because apparently they are based in WI with me.
I had an aquatech filter fail (and the one that comes in the ten gallon kit cant have the impellor removed so it is a bad design to begin with). They wanted it shipped back, I declined because I wasnt going to pay $7 to ship an $11 item. I just used the money and got an aquaclear for it.
