I have none at the moment but I am planning to have a school of neon tetra, some red cherry shrimp and probably some endler's livebearers :)

Sounds like a nice tank. I'd go with 7 panda or similar sized corydora.

you'll see a big difference in social behavior if you put them in a school.
i started with 4, the store didn't have enough for the first purchase...
then increased it to 10 total cory's in my tank. the difference was amazing. they are out and about more, so active, up and down the plants, grazing and I can keep going on.

please don't use the "inches/gallon" rule, that just doesn't apply here.

as stated before, 6 will be perfect in your set up. you'll have a stellar tank

As they are a schooling fish ad I have seen videos of them in the wild in massive schools, I wanted to get as many as possible for my tank without making them cramped at all for room. I want them to be as happy as possible :)
Sounds like 6 is probably the best bet, so this number is enough Corys for them to be happy with their company? Or is 8 better?

since you are going to add in some RCS, i'd leave it at 6.

so your final set up:
6 cory cat's
handful of RCS (red cherry shrimp)
10 neon
10 endlers

good filtration and water changes will leave you with an awesome lil tank.
personally, i'd go with 20 neon's on their own, but that's me.
