Having kept tropical fish for many years, and now retired and have downsized to a 60 litre tank, which the fish are quite happy in , however I keep the light on for 7hrs, but having down sized I see the plants are getting spotted with brown algae, not being used a smaller tank what is the best remedy to stop this occurance.
