  1. Default the fish move is hapening today, some final questions

Ok. one thing i totally forgot like an idiot ok our water were we live is well, the water was so bad it had to get a purifing system in our basement and we put salt in it every so ofter. our water is great now, Of couse i still do prime. My new place is well water. Will this be a problem. Will my fish get usd to it. not sure if it is hard or soft; being from the foothills id assume hard but i dont honesly know what the filter 'fixes" in water quality. My fish will be stressed today anyway; will the new water stress them even more.

Also same cycled media and same filters and a small bit of same rock, but new water, If water is treated with prime, could i expect a mini crash or my params go out of wack for a bit

I think going from water from a softener to plain water might stress your fish because the salinity will be different, hopefully someone who knows for certain will come along to confirm or correct this. Before you put the fish in their new water check the parameters of the new water to see how different they are from their old water, don't forget to check GH, KH, and pH. After we know the parameters of the new water to compare to the old water it will be easier to answer your questions.
As long as the media stays wet and aerated, and has an ammonia source it will be fine.
If it's called tourist season why can't I shoot them?
Brutal honesty will be shown on this screen.

I think my fish is adjusting well to the four gallon, He's laying on his side attempting to go to sleep on the bottom of the gravel.
Tolerance is a great thing to have, so is the ability to shut up.

Water softners tend to work via ion exchange substituting kalium for natrium. End result is rather salty. This may actually be one of those rare occassions where adding some aquarium salt (say half a teaspoon per 20 liters) in the first few water changes may make some sense. I'd slowly stop using that stuff though.

The water from the tap hade some nitrates, but other than everything tested fine. They are in there new home and they seem happy and unstressed
