Those look like Clown Knife fish. That tank is WAY too small for even one of the fish in there- Datnoids or Knives.

Def Knife Fish
130g: 7 Angelfish, 1 Bolivian, 17 Neon Tetras, 14 Serpae Tetras, 9 Kuhli Loaches, 1 Otocinslus, ? Ghost Shrimp
I've noticed that people HATE it when you point out how stupid they are, so now I try to do it politely.

Well looks strange indeed.
Just out of curiosity what would be the cost of a 4 - 5 inch Datnoid(Indo/Guinea/Tiger) in the US,UK?
They seem to be non-existent in all Indian LFS.

Knife fish all right. Judging by the title they are located somewhere in thailand. It doesn't surprise me that they are being kept in such conditions. Just look at how ridiculously stunted the knife fish are(wild knife fish have long slender tails quite different to that). Awareness of fish well being has yet to be established in the Thai aquarium keeping community. It does surprise me to see knife fish in a tank instead of at a street food vendor selling fish balls though...
