Stocking ideas for 50 000 gallon ponds

For freshwater a cool suggestion is the gouramis you find in the wild that get up to a foot or more, or the giant gourami. I really like the idea of Arowanas, they are some neat fish, and can do well with some others. I would love to see this when done, maybe you could upload it to YouTube or something.

I'm from Wisconsin, US of A, well my uncle has a big pond with an island. He stocked the pond with smallmouth bass, northern pike and blue catfish. You should do the same but for fishing!

Mmmm, me thinks North American game fish are cold water freshies. The cats might do ok with the climate, seeing as they get pretty good sized in Oklahoma and Texas. Although if I had a 50,000 gallon pond here in New England that would be pretty awesome having a sport fish pond of my own! Although I would rather have a swift, cold rocky stream to bag some nice trout instead. I dig the thought of arapaima. Thems some biggins.

I'd just watch every episode of River Monsters and pick out a giant fish to keep. If it were me, I'd keep Goliath tiger fish.
