    Exclamation please help, ICK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    yesterday i was checking up on my fish when i saw one neon tetra with a single white dot on him. i thought it was a missing scale
    i continued to check up on things when i saw one of my oto with white dots all over him.
    so i bumped my temp from 26 to 29.
    all other fish have no white spots
    then i started to wonder, is it really ick since only one fish is really infected.
    so i have no idea how to tell if it is really ick.
    and if it is should i buy treatment (i don't want to because i heard it treats ick but makes a lot more problems)
    also my water quality is very good.
    anything else i should do.
    i will post a pic asap
