    Do not get discouraged - your water is excellent (after cycling) for angels (and would be for discus, for that matter) but cycling is critical and nitrites at that level can be very danderous to fish. Do large water changes and keep nitrites BELOW o.1 ppm, keep the extra air running and consider 1 tsp salt per 10 gal of water to help the fish until the nitrites are cycled out.

    Return at least three of the angels (angels do not work well together) - a 30 gal is very small for even one angel so consider returning all. A nice gourami would work well as a center piece fish once you are cycled. Then cardinals (a small school) would do very well in that water.

    Knowledge is fun(damental)

    A 75 gal with eight Discus, fake plants, and a lot of wood also with sand substrate. Clean up crew is fifteen Sterba's Corys. Filters: canister w/UV, in-tank algae scrubber that removes phosphates and nitrates! Also, a highly dangerous commercial nitrate removal unit from hell
