Odd looking thing on tetra
Hi All,
Fairly new to keeping fish. Found this odd looking thing on my tetra.
Could any help diagnose it please.

I'm inexperienced but looks like maybe a fungus? A couple of my blood fins have something like that on their lower lip but it doesn't stop them from eating and they have never acted sick so I've just left it alone, although they are much smaller then in the picture.
20 gallon tall: moderately planted with 11 blood fin tetra
10 gallon QT: empty

is it perfectly round?
What other fish do you have in the tank?
I have corydoras catfish in my tank and when they spawn they stick adhesive eggs to the sides of the tank. The other fish immediately eat the eggs and sometimes they wind up with an egg or two stuck to their noses for a while.300 gallon mega tank: build in progress
75 gallon community tank: tetras, danios, corys, platies, otos, pearl gouramis, bristlenose pleco, assassin snails, red cherry shrimp, bamboo shrimp
70 gallon growout tank: clown loaches, sailfin pleco
60 gallon goldfish tank: fancy goldfish
29 gallon frog tank / 10 gallon tadpole tank: 1 leopard frog, 1 tadpole
10 gallon and 5.5 gallon betta tanks: 1 male betta each, sometimes snails
