Yoyo's can be very aggresive and become tank Tyrants. If you can find Dwarf chain loach's they would work better. Their only draw back is the price.

eck.. we want this peaceful zen tank, so may look into dwarf chain, just want something with some size to it, so when or if they ever come out we will see them good.

Dwarf chain loach's are always out front and entertaining. They swim in all regions of your tank. Finding them and their price is the only drawbacks to them.

sounds like a pretty tank. I'd go for a big school of cory cats instead of the loaches myself. but that's just me. Not a loach fan. I've heard they hide a lot... Glad the GF is getting into this with you.

yes she is comming around, was lookin at panda corys, thety are hard to find and like 6 a piece if you find them, she found some kuhli loaches and they seemed cool, petco out of town has black and albino one
