Spawning pair, not sure on gender?
So I had 3 angel fish in the hopes I might get a pair. Well two of the fish paired off and laid eggs. They became so territorial towards the other angel that I had to rehome it with a friend. Anyhoo, they laid their eggs and were doing a good job protecting them, but by day 3 two thirds of the eggs were white. I know angels can have female/female pairings and I'm wondering how I might figure out if this is the case or if they just had a first spawning blunder and thats why all the eggs went infertile? I'm almost positive I have a hetero pair as the fish seem to follow the physical gender differences such as one having a big forehead and more rounded body shape, but I know those aren't for sure means of sexing.
