UV Sterilizers

With my larger tanks I ran two UV's and when I fed the life other than fish I turned them off for a fairly long time.
I agree with Cliff, it will not rid your tank of algae but it will help. Of course, it won't cure what is wrong in the tank only help a little in amount of algae.

Those UV lights were extremely effective. Rather than run water straight over the Quartz Sleeves and out they circled the lights like a candy cane which allowed maximum coverage.
