Oh-my how they grow
The wife and I were talking about our fish that we have had for quite some time now, and it occurred to me that our yellow minic tang has really developed into a completely different looking fish. And by that I mean a different look than what they normally develop as they grow
When I got this guy a little over two years ago, he was a younger fish, I would say still a juvenile only starting to get his adult coloring. Here are some before and after pics so you can see what I mean
Before pics from when he was first added to my 90 gallon reef tank

If you take your time to do the research FIRST, you can successfully set-up and keep ANY type of aquarium with ease.

And now for some pics taken today. I am amazed at how black he has gotten over the past 6 to 8 months. That certainly is not typical for a yellow mimic tang, but a welcome surprise for sure.
