If your 50gal is already set up, just net them and put them into the new tank. Or is it more complicated than that?
46 gal fw tank with black skirt tetras, neon tetras, spotted cory catfish, cherry barbs, guppies, snails & 4 amano shrimp - plastic & live plants
5 gal QT with green corys & 2 guppies

+ to Andrea. If your 50 is setup and cycled unless you have a big ph difference or differing temperature from one tank to another you should be able to just move them.
Having said that, however, if I move a fish from one tank to another I usually drip acclimate them for about 45 minutes, just to make certain there aren't any unknown chemistry issues between tanks. Probably over kill but I just feel better doing it that way.30 gal FW:dw gourami, cory cats, ABN pleco, Colombian & Serpae tetra, nerites & mystery snails
5.5 gal FW: crown tail betta
90 gal FW: Blood Parrots, severums, Jurupari, EBJD, congo tetras, angel, dw gourami, mystery snails

Net and drop. Just that easy. You are moving them to the same temp and same pH. Nothing more is needed.
But depending on the kind of goldfish, the 50 might be a better option for them. Sizes of different goldfish listed below in my signature.Cycling With Fish?•• The Fishless Cycle••

As said above - net & drop. If it's not cycled, move your filter(s) from the 30 to the 50 and you have an instant cycle.

Exactly. I moved my 5 blood parrots and bristlenose from tank to tank two days in a row. Net, drop, lights out for a period to reduce stress. Done.
