After reading all the good threads on multiple filters, I added one to my system.

In a 75 gallon, I have two HOB filters: One Whisper 70 and the other an Aquaclear 70. I'm also running an undergravel filter with two penquin 1140 powerheads.

I feel like there is too much current now. Would it be okay to pull out the undergravel system and two powerheads?

(I really like alternating the cleaning of the two HOB's. It makes a difference!)
