I would remove the rocks as LH said then lower the water level as per 850R's instructions, I had to catch a load of cichlids a while back and they were evasive, spent about an hour trying to catch them ! Drained the water and took out the rocks and had em in minutes1) 140 gallon with 70 gallon sump. 2 German Rams, 50 neons , 16 Schwarzi cory, 12 harlequin rasbora, 10 Hengals Rasbora, 2 Bulldog Plecs, 4x dwarf Gouramis, 8 Yellow Boesemani Rainbows and loads of assasin snails. internal 1000 filter + external Fluval 406, fluval U2 to transfer to my QT when needed
2) 70gallon, and 15 penguin and 8 red eye tetra, 2 Kribensis, 2 Bristle nosed plec's with an Enheim pro filter.
3) 20 gallon QT
4) algae rock tank,
