Judging from the body and fin shape I would say a species of triggerfish. But I could also be dead wrong.

It looks like some type of filefish. They belong to the same Order that triggerfish and pufferfish are members of.

The corals appear to be genuine to me. I can identify tubastraea (sun coral, the same coral that's in my avatar); turbinaria (pagoda coral), platygyra (maze brain coral), pectinia (lettuce coral), caulastrea (trumpet coral), zoanthids and others. Most of the coral feeder tentacles do not appear to be extended in the photo.

It looks like some of the tubastraea is experiencing some tissue recession and nuisance algae is growing on the bare skeleton: not fake.

Google Anoplocapros lenticularis. I think it is that.

FWIW, the photo is apparently from uShaka Marine World.

    Beautiful fish, though.
