List the Tetra's or Characins you have never kept but would like to.
Bleeding Blue tetra - have never seen it offered in LFS or mail order
Red Lined or Amapa tetra - becoming more popular but can't find them
Rainbow Emperor tetra - saw a pair once that came into my LFS but they were only two and didn't look healthy
Pretty or Pulcher tetra - saw them once at a LFS but i was going on vaction and didn't want to take the chance. They were gone when I got back.
Purple Pencilfish - can get them by mail order but are expensive

There are hundreds of kinds of tetra's. Easier for me to state what kind I have had.
Black Skirts, neons, golds, black neons, columbian, red eyes, those ugly white tetra's with the high fins........I think this is it.
Black skirts, neons and columbian are the only ones I've liked or would buy again.

I never heard them called that (Congolians) LOL . But it does bring up the subject of African tetras which there are many of them that are very desirable but hard to find.

Rummynose tetras
LH, it's not just about tetras that you haven't had, but ones you haven't had but would WANT to have (whether they wouldn't work in your tank, not available local, too expensive, etc.)
