I saved the crowntail, swim bladder bad. he is still scarred of me. so pic is bad. next was someone brought a live betta to petsmart. definately not somthing they carry. so i picked him up...

How does one deal with swim bladder issues?

clean filtered water not in its own filth. a tiny bit of epson salt and peas cooked. at first he seemed to lay on his side, and hover. he is doing about 80% better in 2 days

Usually helpful for constipation but not so much swim bladder. Swim bladder is generally either caused due to infection, failing organs or a ruptured bladder. Not very often curable.

Clean water and epsom salts I've been doing; did not know about the peas. I'll crack open a can for Opal.

looked on the net for symptons and it seemed to be what he had. I did it and he is much better, idk then, maybe he was just in bad shape, hasnt been on his side this morning. coulndt of been constipated, cause he was in filthy poop water
