I'm looking at getting a sump which will fit inside my existing aquarium stand. I just bought a 20 gallon long but when I got it home, I found out it is 12.5 inches wide and my opening in the 55 gallon stand is only 11.5 inches wide. They took the tank back (thankfully), but besides a 5 gallon glass tank, there was nothing else under 11.5 wide to use. I have thought about making something out of acrylic but I'm hoping some one has a source or thought where to purchase a tank 11 wide by 24 or so long tank.

Any thoughts? There was a turtle tank setup with a 10 inch wide tank but they wanted $89.00 for the set-up. Way too much for my liking.
