*bow chicka wow wow* ...
I went to home depot on lunch to look at paint selections. A really light blue/teal is going to be the end color. That way I dont have to paint the tanks.
Anyone know of a good multiprobe (3 or more) digital thermometer they would recommend?

Haha if only it played in my fishes head... I am just really impatient with them. The worst I could be I suppose. It will come in time again.

look into traceable medical thermometers. They are great and offer alarms if the temp leaves your pre-set range.
I know a guy who works at a hospital and apparently they toss them out all the time just to replace them

I'll see what I can do, 40 def isn't possible, but depending on how you are doing the filtration you may be able to use them.

Oh I dont want 40, I just want 3 - one for each part of the rack so I can monitor fluctuations.

lol, ok I'll see what I can do, the one I have has the green glass bottle as the probe, it is meant so that sudden temp swings don't throw off the alarm (such as opening a fridge would do), but rather a temp change lasting a few mins will set it off. Works great on my 75, I have it set to go off below 76 and above 84. There actually are ones made by the same company that monitor pH etc of the water if you wanted to get really fancy
