i think your current filter is fit for your tank
the filter you are using is 100 gph (gallons per hour)
so even if you get a aquaclear 20 it is still 100 gph.
still it is not a bad idea to get more filtration.
if you want too get a filter don't throw yours out
add another.
i recommend the aquaclear 20 because it is a great filter with lots of room for media. again the filter you have is fine. i would change some of the media though.

Good info above. I was unaware of the gph of the other filter. I still stand by the aquaclear's superiority though, however unnecessary:p
Finally reached 6 tanks... oh god, this addiction is getting serious. 75g mbuna tank, 65g gold severum, 55g OB peacock breeding colony, 30g(36x18) growout, 20 long Dwarf Alto's, 10g fry tank.
If I die young bury me in... An 8x2x2 with versa tops and a large sump for adequate filtration;)
