this is what i found
"You may have nitrites register on your tester for a couple weeks but one day you will check and they will be 0. That is when you have your cycled tank! You will have high nitrAtes when you tank is done cycling. Do a large water change to bring those nitrates down to under 20 and you can began to add your fish."
the thing is my ammonia never went down to 0, ever. so now i just let ammonia go to 0 then large water change then add fish.

i restarted yesterday after i tested
ammonia:1
nitrite:0
nitrate:0
idk how but it happened
