This is fishless?
What are you going to stock it with?
Gas mileage isn't everything OIIIIIIIO
Lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part.
Why pretend there are no stupid questions? Actually, There are many stupid questions: "Should I drink this bleach?" Is just one example.
Having said that, Just because it's a stupid question doesn't mean that it shouldn't be asked. It's better to know.
A warm beer is better than a cold beer. Because nothing is better than a cold beer, and a warm beer is better than nothing.

Maybe have a LFS test it for you. I have always found it was easier to get a good accurate reading when viewing in person rather than looking at a pic. I posted a pic of a test result once and thought the color in the pic was a little different than the colors in real life
Also, have you cleaned the tank/filter or done anything like that ?
If you take your time to do the research FIRST, you can successfully set-up and keep ANY type of aquarium with ease.

what media do you have in the filter ?
what is your PH reading as a cycle can stall if it is much below 6.4
Are you using de-chlor with your water ?
dont forget to check the PH of your tap too
1) 140 gallon with 70 gallon sump. 1 German Rams, 50 neons , 16 Schwarzi cory, 10 harlequin rasbora, 6 Hengals Rasbora, 2 Bulldog Plecs, 4x dwarf Gouramis, 12 golden barbs, 12 cherry barbs,8 Yellow Boesemani Rainbows and loads of assasin snails. I would not use the safe start but stick with ammonia.
What did you dose it to originally?
and as someone asked - what media do you have in your filter?
Heat will help a fishless cycle along so if you plan on heating the tank, I'd get one and set it around 82F
30 g FW planted:corys, female ABNP, blue angel, harleys, zebra danios, rummies,
15 g FW planted:2 male guppies, neons, pygmy corys, clown pleco, 4 types of shrimp, assassin snails
