  1. Default Need snail ID. (2 different ones)

    Hitchhikers.

These guys came in on a plant I got a month or so ago.

At first, they all looked the same because they are babies. Now, there are obviously 2 different types.

My lights haven't came on yet, so here are some sub-par pictures.

1st type. There aren't very many of them in there. Maybe 5 total. I think they are Ramshorn (Snails on the left--2 of them...mating?):

2nd type. I couldn't find any pictures that resemble these. There are probably 10+ of them. They are twice as big as the first type:

The last pic looks like a Ramshorn. The other pics I can't tell.

  3. Default

    Ramshorns(1) and bladder snails (2)

    Both pests that breed fast.
10 gallon with a veiltail betta, 7 neons, 1 ADF, and one neat moss ball.

20 gallon with 6 female black phantoms, and 1 schwartzi cory

If you don't overfeed you will not have a snailpocolypse but you will probably never be rid of them, They don't really hurt anything though and you do not need to worry about doing anything to encourage their survival lol.

You can start squishing them if you like but it's likely to late to get them all.

My GF calls me insincere... I pretend to care.

    Eh, I'll leave em.

    Thanks for the IDs!
