Don't make me Google 'floating aquarium plants' for you.

OTTOMH - Start with Brazilian Pennywort, Water lettuce, Water Sprite and Duckweed. You can also float Anacharis, Wisteria & Hygro Polysperma amongst other things,
Try 'em and see. Since you haven't mentioned it.. What is your photoperiod?

i did google rrf and ive come across med-high lighting for them.
my photo period is (if i remember correctly) 11am-9pm and a 1.5hr break around 1pm. so like 8.5hrs/day... will be working on a dusk lighting for most of the "lights out" time... something warm white so it wont cause algae bad.KING OF THE GOLD BARBS RAWR!!!!
I wonder if i plant one of my tiger barbs would the demon seed grow to a full tree?

i think around 4100k for "warm white" around there at least. its the same hue as incandescents just something to light the tank.

if i can get my hands on some frogbit i might go that way. i dont want stay away from duckweed. seems like that stuff will stay in the tank almost no matter what i do....

"Warm white" is around 2700K -3000K temperature range, it has more of a yellow color than around the 5000K temperature of daylight.
