Yeah I'm hoping so! He seems to have Already claimed that log as his own!!
Asides from algae wafers and flakes, would you reccomend any different foods for him?
I have read that they are omnivorous and I'm wondering if it would be worth Investing in something special for him!!

They're omnivores so I recommend some meaty foods, new life spectrum has some H20 stable wafers that they would satisfy the requirements.

Courgettes and peas (shelled) are usually popular. I frequently fed my plecos romaine lettuce (attached to a rock with an elastic band).

What a neat looking pleco. +1 to nls H20 stable wafers, regardless of the nls arguments I find that these discs stay together longer than other brands, so it doesn't crumble as quickly. My plec also loves green beans, I just buy the frozen ones and cut them in half length-wise. Cucumber and zucchini are also popular. Good luck with the little one. Keep us posted.
