Good evening everyone. My wife and I were wanting to change up our tanks a bit and switch around tank ornaments. Do I need to do anything special to them before making the switch like washing? Thanks

If both tanks are healthy it should be ok to just switch the ornaments. I think I would take the opportunity to give them a quick clean though.
When I go fishing I just throw sharp rocks in the water and wait for the dead fish to float to the top... Kingfisher
Everything happens for a reason. Sometimes that reason is you are stupid and make bad decisions.

I think my fish is adjusting well to the four gallon, He's laying on his side attempting to go to sleep on the bottom of the gravel.

Dear naps, sorry I hated you so much when I was a child... Love me

ornaments in a fish tank, not by favorite thing.

    But to each their own.

if both tanks are good then go ahead and just switch them up
if your want them to be really careful just give it a rinse then place it in the other tank

Be careful with what you put in there - please avoid ornaments with small holes in them - I've read stories of fish that like to hide in certain things and then they get too big to come out.
