    Default Assassin babies?

    When do assassin snails begin to show the colored stripes? I noticed a baby that is shaped like one but just light tan in color, wondering if its a runaway pest or assassin baby.

    Assassin babies have pretty distinctive stripes from the point they are visible in my experience:

    Oh thanks for the pic! I couldn't find an example comparable to mine. That looks about the size of this snail so probably a pesty. Good thing the assassins are working on the parent at the moment :)

    I can't feed them other food because my other fish get it no matter what so I supplement with new snails, must have been from them. Oh well.
