Big Al's does carry Prazi Pro. The Prazi Pro will get rid of parasites, if that is the problem, and you should redose the tank with it in a couple weeks. Garlic will help to boost the fish's immune system and help to keep it parasite free.
If it's called tourist season why can't I shoot them?

I think my fish is adjusting well to the four gallon, He's laying on his side attempting to go to sleep on the bottom of the gravel.
Tolerance is a great thing to have, so is the ability to shut up.

Mix the squished garlic in with the food and let it sit for a bit, then feed it to the fish.

If not eating, the first step to to check your tank temperature - discus prefer 82 - 86 F. If that has been good AND you have not used live worms, most likely the fish is stressed for any number of reasons. Try raising the temp to 90 -92 F. Could add salt (1 tsp per gallon and YES you have to readd - VERY carefully - salt back in for the amount of water removed. This is critical because if you add too much, the results will be deadly; best to error on slightly by adding less when adding water.) Try this for two weeks and also try feeding live brine shrimp.
If using live worms in the past, the parasite treatment could be the issue so treatment would be a good idea BUT do realize this will further stress the poor fish - treatments are always a trade off. I do not know if salt is ok with that treatment and/or the high temperature - after treatmeant could than try temp/salt.
Having algae problems and low nitrates means you have phosphate issues and yes, that stresses discus. Very likely your tap has phosphates and/or the substrate has a lot. Use an algae scrubber - really the only method for discus.
Your water changes are fine for healthy discus but not a sick one - I agree, increase the size. Try not to stress the fish during water changes - when ill, this can cause major problems. Do it well after feeding and when the tank is dark.
Best of luck.Knowledge is fun(damental)
A 75 gal with eight Discus, fake plants, and a lot of wood also with sand substrate. Clean up crew is fifteen Sterba's Corys. Filters: canister w/UV, in-tank algae scrubber that removes phosphates and nitrates! Also, a highly dangerous commercial nitrate removal unit from hell

Prazi Pro is not stressful to the fish, that is why I like it over other parasite medications. I don't know how Prazi Pro would react with salt either and would also recommend not mixing the two unless someone with experience using them together says it is fine.
