Well...so I Guess I Disturbed A Nest Of Oto Cat Eggs While Vacuuming The Gravel
So i was vacuuming the gravel today, and i think i disturbed a nest of eggs because they were all floating around the tank after the new water was added.
I'm pretty sure that it was oto cat eggs as there were too many of them to be assassin snail eggs.
I doubt if any of them survived after that as i turned the intake back on for the filter after the WC...some are still floating and a couple settled on my moss ball. I was thinking it was a dead oto cat when i saw that cloud earlier this week, but then again with the assassin snail and the other cats i'm sure if it was a dead fish nothing is left by now.
I'll let you know if that's the case and something actually survived. Which would be unfortunate as this is a ten gallon tank, the other tank isn't cycled, and my five gallon has moody betta fish in it.

10 gal tank - 1 endler males, 4 glowlight tetras, 4 black neon tetras, 1 rock with java moss, 1 piece of spider wood with java moss and 1 young crypto plant attached to it
5 gallon Betta tank - 1 moss ball, Helios (HM BETTA MALE), 1 assassin snail
