Malawi cichlid -(Aulonocara Ob)-Peacock Malwai
Can this fish be put in with other Cichlids -(Severum cichlids)
Is this fish aggressive ? Peaceful ?
Would you keep it itslef or in pairs??
All info would be great !

I would revise that article to say that Malawi cichlids are generally divided into 3 groups, not 2. They would be Mbuna, Peacocks, and Haplochromine species. The latter vary much greater in size and temperament than Peacocks, including some truly large and predatory types.
11 tanks, 5.5g up to 125g(2). Mbuna, Haps, Peacocks, Tangs, wild caught to tank raised!

No.
It's like asking if you can keep a penguin and a flamingo together, They are both birds but have totally different environmental needs.
You cannot provide conditions for the needs of both in the same tank IMO, No doubt some do but I think the compromise serves neither.
I would get something more suitable if I were you.

I agree that peacocks do not mix well with severums. Choose one or the other for your tank, or do what I did and get another tank so you can keep both. Peacocks are too aggressive for the sevs, even overlooking the incompatible water chemistry.
