Nano tank background
This tank is suitable for shrimp or a single betta.
First coating of cement (over foam)

3rd cement coat with highlighting done

Sealed (white mesh was removed and black put in)

In tank with cherry shrimp in residence
Lots of tanks

Very nice. Did you carve out a space in the back for a heater? Siliconed to back of tank? I have a partial one completed still sitting in a closet. Got busy and it kind of got put in the to do pile. A lot of fun carving the foam and making a mess with styrofoam bits getting absolutely everywhere in the apt.

Yep, siliconed into tank. Filter, heater & powerhead will fit behind the background. Only running filter and powerhead at the moment though as its summer here.
I am currently finishing another, its in the tank now. And about to start a new 3ft oneLots of tanks

Never ceases to amaze me how the colours can look so weird when it's out of the water and yet work well once submerged.
Perhaps provide a bit more detail about the process and especially the materials used to coat and paint it? That could be inspiring to others attempting this.
