    Good point but where I live in California it's about that same distance to Los Angeles or Sacramento and when i'm in either city on buisness I check out as many LFS as I can.

    Of all the cities in the UK, Newcastle is one I've not been to actually. Travel here isn't like in the US. Petrol is VERY expensive so I doubt many regular people would want to drive all that way in heavy traffic to see an LFS. I don't have a car living in London anyway (all my money goes into the terrible trains/tube, and my bloody season ticket has just gone up 10%!)

    My usual LFS is the Aquatic Design Centre (Central London).

    A lotta love for Cardinals I see. I liked neons, they were the first tetra or characin for that matter I ever kept, but once you keep Cardinals there is no comparison IME anyway.
