Does anyone know which states of US have laws against keeping piranha?

You can get permits for them in all those states, but you have to declare them for 'scientific research'. From what I gather its a fairly involved process to get a permit.

That's insane. So we have to have a permit for a pirahna and Canada can't have turtles. Wonderful world in which we live.
