I'll see what I can do. and just went to check on them and the one that I said had no black on it? Spotted some black on it LOL. Not much. It was also pecking away at some spinach I'd sank for the apple snails who are going to have to hurry to get there if they want any because between the BN pleco and the rams, it's going to be gone soon.

Lol! That's a good thing though--if you see some black, it could mean that it's coloring up and therefore becoming even more comfortable. Don't be surprised if over the course of the next 3 weeks (you got them a week ago, right?) you see their color slowly changing every day. That's what I noticed! They take a long time to acclimate lol.

Yes. I've had them for 6 days. and I sweat their color changes daily. Very interesting little fish. And I can tell that they want to rule the tank. No one does any chasing in that tank except them if they want a path cleared. LOL. I so hope they make it. I really love them.

Also I paid $25 a piece at the small store and $5 a piece at petsmart... Weird.
I think the ones at petsmart happened to be better bred.

Both your fish look excellent
No need to worry about the bars, a fishes colour will change through time, and depending what mood they are in e.g mating, eating, fighting etc
My therapist says I need a bigger tank . . . . .
