Hello, this is my first post .. have a 30 gallon tank currently with 2 catfish; 3 guoramies, 1 molly and most importantly my 2 12'' plecos. I'm in desperate search for information because one of my plecos floats upside and i'm afraid he may die. Have done some research but truly appreciate any information.

Finally reached 6 tanks... oh god, this addiction is getting serious. 75g mbuna tank, 65g gold severum, 55g OB peacock breeding colony, 30g(36x18) growout, 20 long Dwarf Alto's, 10g fry tank.
If I die young bury me in... An 8x2x2 with versa tops and a large sump for adequate filtration;)

    welcome to the forum.

your tank is way too small for two fully grown common(I assume common) plecos.
you would be looking at 90 plus gallons for those two.

as for your immediate problems, they can be caused by a variety of things. It could be something resulting from keeping too big fish in a too small tank, such as water quality issues or aggression. do you feed your plecos anything? algae and biofilm in a 30 gallon
are not able to support two large common plecos which could be causing some issues.

You're getting old when you get the same sensation from a rocking chair that you once got from a roller coaster.
