Cermet - I believe the OP noted that nitrites were down to 0 now - the reading from last week was higher.
Now that you see a cycled tank in your readings (which includes 0 ammonia - you really do need to check that), you can do a tremendous water change to get those nitrates wayyyy down to no higher than 20 and add fish.
