Pea Puffer not eating after being transferred to new tank

My dwarf puffer has only eaten one blackworm since being transferred to his new tank on Sunday. He hangs out in the corner and only swims around every once in a while, otherwise he's just resting on the bottom in the corner.

He had produced a lot of extra slime coat which has since gone away so I'm guessing that's good, but I'm worried he isn't eating at all. He lets snails practically run him over (although he's never had a taste for snails, maybe he doesn't know they are food?) and he lets black worms fall right in front of his face and seems to shy away from them.

How long can they go without eating? Anyone with experience in transferring mature pea puffers to new tanks to know how long they usually take to acclimate and get comfy?

It can be difficult for any fish to adjust to a new tank. I say don't feed for 1-2 days and see how it goes. No experience with this particular fish but this is a common problem when transferring or adding new fish.
