My First Corals
Hey Everyone! Thanks for the info you guys provide. I finally put some corals in my tank. Everyone appears healthy so far. My zoas keep falling off the rock that I've placed them. There are 3 or 4 more heads on the underside of the frag and they're trying to move. I don't know how to handle this. Am i suppose to let it work itself out?

You can do whatever you please. Often when placing new frags of zoas some of the heads will be crowded out by their positioning and die, while the rest of the colony will be fine. If you want to prevent this, you can always separate them and place the extra heads elsewhere in the tank, or on the rock.

So please explain or direct me to a link that tells me how to take the heads off the bottom of the frag? I thought they were glued down.

zoas aren't usually glued - they encrust the rock and so can be scraped off.
If the tops ones are falling off, and the bottom ones are anchored, why not just flip the rock over so the anchored zoas are facing up and reposition the free zoas?
