Cycle seems over...now to add

Hi all!

My fish in cycle seems to have finished on my 4 Gallon tank.

Ammo - 0
Nitrite - 0
Nitrate - 5

I currently have a nice male Betta named Blender in the tank, and would like to add a few more critters, possibly for clean up.

The tank has a couple live plants in it right now, and filtration is good. (200 litres/hour)

Here are a few ideas I had:

1) - Betta and 2 or 3 male Endlers

2) - Betta and a snail that won't hurt the plants

3) - Betta and some Cherry Red Shrimp, +\-6

4) - Betta & ??????

I am open to suggestions if anyone has any.

I know the tank is small, but it is all we have room for at this time so I want to make the best of it.

I was thinking of adding some java fern or another plant if I go the shrimp route.

I also ran across some pygmy Cory's that I thought may work, but I want something that will eat algae and left over food.
